It’s about bloody time we got together and caught up again IRL to honour the late great John C Dvorak and to celebrate that we’re all still here to carry on the legacy. Date is set for this coming Sunday 23rd August at our old haunt for meet ups, The Gasoline Pony on Marrickville Road Marrickville at the customary 3:33pm. There are some restrictions for under 18s so if you would like to include your human resources, let me know and we can look for an alternative venue nearby.

In the Mourning for JCD.  I have not had a successful meetup since moving to Arkansas and laying down my hat of the successful host of the North DFW meetups in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.   I know Arkansas is not the biggest market, but, I am confident there are producers here.   Making another attempt at a meetup in Central Arkansas.

Our Meetup in Albuquerque will be to celebrate John C. Dvorak and his many careers. Being held at Marble Brewery in downtown Albuquerque. We will be graced with our very own Dame, Lady of the lost Boys.

My fellow patriots of southern New England (not to be confused with the football dudes,) It has been ages since I've seen or hosted a meetup for the fine producers of Rhode Island, Connecticut, or Massachusnutts. In honor of John's passing, we will fix this problem with a joyous celebration of his life. As of right now, the plan is to gather in the backyard of Sir KniVes and Lady Butters for a barbecue. It's not only a throwback to the Covid-era "speakeasy"-esque meetups we used to have, but also - let's face it - summer in RI means most places will be packed on weekends.

After the shock last monday the 20th we're slowly accepting the absence of John Charles Dvorak. In honor of the important voice and the vast amount of knowledge that left our earth we will meet at the end of August and raise our glasses to John. In Switzerland we have two important referendums on the following months. Keeping up the Swiss Neutrality and the Sublission Contract with the EU.

Sir Zulbat had an idea of having a Sonoma Whino Country Meetup at Ernie's Tin Bar in Petaluma, so we are doing it.  It will be two days after his birthday.  A perfect time to celebrate him, along with the ending of summer and beginning of fall. This is a beer and cider type of bar and it is over 100 years old.
