In the morning GITMO Nation of Chicago, Chicagoland, and surrounding areas! Come join us to celebrate Uncle John on The Riverwalk at the Island Party Hut. Bring your favorite JCD story and an umbrella -it might rain. If it rains we will figure out an alternative so stay tuned.

Sir Zulbat had an idea of having a Sonoma Whino Country Meetup at Ernie's Tin Bar in Petaluma, so we are doing it.  It will be two days after his birthday.  A perfect time to celebrate him, along with the ending of summer and beginning of fall. This is a beer and cider type of bar and it is over 100 years old.

We’re bringing Ants to the Antiopdes G’day producers of the best podcast in the universe located here in Ol’ Sydney Town and its greater metro region. It’s about bloody time we got together and caught up again IRL to honour the late great John C Dvorak and to celebrate that we’re all still here to carry on the legacy. Date is set for this coming Sunday 23rd August at our old haunt for meet ups, The Gasoline Pony on Marrickville Road Marrickville at the customary 3:33pm. There are some restrictions for under 18s so if you would like to include your human resources, let me know and we can look for an alternative venue nearby.

Let's make it happen this time! Limburgia triple country meetup. Calling all Gitmo nation residents in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany border areas. Also all internationals stationed at JFC Brunssum!

Let's gather uninvited at the Triple Crossing brewery in Fulton, just east of Rocketts Landing in Richmond. They have a great outdoor space, plenty of tables indoors, and serve freshly brewed beer, brick oven pizza, and other foods right there at the brewery. I will bring a head-on-a-stick so you can find the group, and if more that 5 or 6 folks show up, well, we'll spread. Be ready to make fun of all the hipsters that patronize the place (and work there), and bring your dog if you don't mind hanging outside (it's very dog-friendly, plenty of great seating on the patio, tables, and new deck, but they don't allow dogs inside).

The time has come for central Vancouver Island Gitmo Nation to get together and celebrate all things NA. Hosted by Britt and Brett, come through for an afternoon of backyard games, grilled goodness, and meaningful hangs. Please RSVP for a proper headcount, all human resources are welcome.
