Santa Cruz Clam Chowder Cook-Off Meetup

Like clams? The Santa Cruz Clam Chowder Cook-Off is coming up! Tasting starts at 1PM on the 21st and goes until 4PM when the winners are announced. I would recommend aiming to get there 30 minutes beforehand to get decent parking. Paid parking in the Boardwalk parking lots is recommended unless you are familiar with the surrounding neighborhoods. Coasters Bar at the bowling alley is right across the street and will be a good place to grab a table and drinks. And you can totally bring your own canned beverages to the Boardwalk to save some money! I will be at Coasters bar prior to 1PM to try to lock a table down as it will be busy. Once people start showing up we can head over to start tasting and will regroup at Coasters for drinks at 3:33PM. I look forward to seeing you all there!
