Boots on the Pegs, Hang-off & Hang Out Ride With a Guide MA/NH Bike Ride @ 6:30am ET
Sat, June 12 at 6:30 am – 10:00 am EDT
A No Agenda group ride on the good roads from the Massachusetts border to Weirs Beach on day one of bike week. Bring your GPS tracker, because you’ll want to remember a few of these roads. I’m not a professional guide, and no one will be asked to ride faster than their comfort level, I just thought it was a catchy title.
The ride will begin at the Citgo station at 8 Batchelder Road in Seabrook NH, about 1/4 mile west of Exit 1 off of I-95. Please show up around 6:30 ITM for meet and greet/gas and gab. Kickstands up will be promptly at 7:00am (as I have somewhere to be that afternoon). The ride will be approximately 90 miles, and will take approximately three hours. The ride will end at Cumberland Farms, 193 Endicott Street N, Laconia NH, about 1/2 mile west of Weirs Beach. You’re on your own after that.
I’ll be on a blue and white Suzuki Gladius (Google for a picture, it’s a fairly recognizable model). I’ll be wearing black riding pants, a black jacket, and either a silver modular or a blue and white full face helmet.
There will probably be one stop at a scenic location for pictures, unless people want to skip it. If we make better time than Google maps is estimating, then we could add a second stop for pictures. If anyone wants to volunteer to bring up the rear (especially if you have an intercom) that would be greatly appreciated.
I’m sorry for the last minute posting. Bike week snuck up on me this year.
